摘要
针对传统Buck-Flyback单级PFC变换器只能采用副边反馈控制方式实现LED恒流,从而导致变换器结构复杂、体积大、成本高的缺点,提出了一种基于原边控制的Buck-Flyback单级PFC变换器LED驱动电源。分析了驱动电源主电路的工作原理和原边控制策略的恒流原理。最后设计了一台输入AC 90~264 V、输出300 m A/12 W的实验样机进行了实验验证。
The traditional Buck-Flyback single-stage PFC converter only uses secondary-side control to realize constant current, which causes the converter complex and expensive. A LED driver based on the PSR(Primary Side Regulation) Buck-Flyback single- stage PFC converter is proposed in this paper. The operation principle of main circuits of LED driver and the principle of constant current of PSR technology are analyzed. Finally, experimental results verify the correctness of the theoretical derivation based on the prototype with AC 90-264 V input, 300 mA/12 W output.
