民族地区师范生“临床式”实习模式的建立

Establishment of“Clinical”Mode of Educational Practice in Minority Areas Normal Universities

以就业为导向,以"临床式"实习模式为切入点,建立校内实习——校外实习——顶岗实习三个层次纵向延伸的实习模式,可以为毕业生与用人单位搭建交流和沟通的平台,改变以往实习与就业两者相脱节的实习现状。延边大学作为少数民族地区的"211"高校,通过建立以"顶岗实习"为重点的"临床式"实习模式,对专业知识与教学技能进行检验,不断完善师范生从教素质,培养符合社会需求的教师队伍,提高民族地区学生的就业竞争力。

＂Clinical＂mode of educational practice is oriented to employment and constituted of three levels of in-school practice,outside-school practice,and in-post practical training.It can help bridge the graduating students and recruiting schools,changing the past disconnection between educational practice and employment.Yanbian University is a ＂211＂school in minority areas.It establishes a＂clinical＂mode of educational practice,lays stress on both professional knowledge and teaching skills,and effectively raises the employability of the graduating students in minority areas.
