中心城市技术空间扩散与经济增长实证分析——以海峡西岸经济区为例

An Empirical Analysis on the Spatial Technology Diffusion and Economic Growth——Illustrated by the Case of Economic Zone on the West Side of the Straits

依据经典的增长极理论,区域经济发展首先应把少数优区位地区培育成经济增长中心。海峡西岸经济区的中心城市——厦门、福州及温州成为经济增长的三大增长极,在TP模型理论框架下,利用空间面板杜宾模型对海峡西岸经济区三大中心城市技术扩散空间效应进行分析,研究发现,中心城市厦门、福州及温州的技术扩散对区域经济增长均有显著的正向影响,建议在加强区域金融合作的基础上促进资本流动与融合,继续加大研发资金投入,实行外商直接投资的差别化战略来提高中心城市科技创新能力及技术扩散效应从而促进海峡西岸经济区快速发展。

According to the classical theory of growth pole, regional economic development should first cultivate a few excellent areas into economic growth center.There are three central cities of the west side of the straits, xiamen, fuzhou and wenzhou, are the three growth poles of economic growth.Using Spatial panel data Durbin model, the paper carried out the empirical analysis on the spatial effect of technology diffusion .The results shows that the technology diffusion from the central cities：Xiamen, Fuzhou and Wenzhou has significant positive effect on regional economic growth. It is recommended to promote capital flows and the fusion on the basis of strengthening regional financial cooperation, continue to increase investment in research and development funds, to adopt the differentiation strategy of the foreign direct investment to improve central city science and technology innovation ability and the technology diffusion effect so as to promote the rapid development of the economic zone on the west side of the straits.
