榆林市农业现代化发展水平与效率的时空演变

Space-Time Evolution Analysis of the Agricultural Modernization Development of Yulin City

运用熵权TOPSIS法、数据包络分析法(DEA)对2000—2013年榆林市农业现代化发展的时空演变格局进行分析。研究表明:(1)2000—2013年,全市农业现代化发展水平差距较大,总体呈显著上升态势,大多数区县农业现代化发展水平随时间推移显著提升,县域差距逐步缩小,各区县排名出现波动。(2)农业现代化发展平均综合效率较高,县域差距逐年减小,农业现代化发展的技术效率呈现先升后降态势,而规模效率则呈现出先降后升趋势,2005年后技术效率始终高于规模效率,主导着榆林市农业现代化发展综合效率。(3)2000—2013年榆林市"高—有效型"的农业现代化发展空间格局呈现由北部单中心的格局向南北多中心格局演变。2000—2005年"高—无效型"区县最少,其空间格局出现由北向南转移规律。"低—有效型"区县的空间格局呈现出由西向东渐变的特征。"低—无效型"的农业现代化的空间格局出现由东部、东北部多中心结构向以东部单中心结构演变。

Development of agricultural modemization is an important part of building a well off society in an all round way. Using the method of Entropy Weight- TOPSIS and DEA to analysis the space- time evolution of the agricultural modernization development in Yulin from 2000 to 2013.The results show： 1）Agricultural modernization development level in Yulin disparity is bigger, and tends to rise ,With the development of agricultural sustainable and fast development, The majority of regions and counties＇s agricultural modernization development has been improved Obviously, The distance between different regions and counties＇s agricultural modernization development level is becoming more and more small,and the range in Yulin city come to new pattern in the years of 2000 to 2013.2）The agricultural modernization development comprehensive efficiency is higher and the differences showed reduced, the agricultural modernization development of technical efficiency tends firsts rise and then fall,but scale efficiency exhibit opposite characteristics, but the technical efficiency is higher than scale efficiency after 2005,which indicates that the technical efficiency leading the agricultural modernization development comprehensive efficiency. 3）The spatial pattern of ＂high-effective type＂ in Yulin has evolved from the pattern of ＂single center＂ in the north to the multi center pattern of the South and the north during 2000 to 2013, the ＂high-ineffective＂ county is at least, and its spatial pattern is shifted from north to south. The spatial pattern of ＂low-effective＂ shows a gradual change from west to east, the spatial pattern of ＂low-ineffective＂ appears from the eastern and northeastern multi center structure to the eastern single center structure.
