南方山地乡村聚落空间分布及其格局优化调整——以临武县西山瑶族乡为例

Spatial Distribution and Pattern Optimization of rural Settlements in Southern Mountain Areas——A Case Study of Xishan Yao Nationality Township in Linwu

以湘南临武县西山瑶族乡32个自然乡村聚落为实证对象,通过对地形测绘与实地调查所获得数据的比对分析与归纳总结,分析了湘南山地乡村聚落的空间分布现状与特征,从土地资源因素与交通条件视角探索了乡村聚落的空间分布与格局优化手段与措施,探讨了山地环境下影响乡村聚落空间布局的因素并对其进行了量化的数据判断。研究提出遵循乡村聚落发展的自然演变规律,本着因地制宜的原则,将案例区的乡村聚落分为3种类型,结合村庄合并与易地扶贫搬迁扶贫工作,做到聚集、迁移、保留相结合,并缩兼顾,基于居民生活与生产需求做好乡村聚落空间格局优化调整。

Taking Xishan Yao Township 32 natural villages in Linwu County of Hunan as the research object, based on the topographic survey and field survey data analyzed and summarized, analyzed the characteristics and distribution of Hunan south of rural settlements space, land resources factors and traffic conditions from the perspective of exploring a spatial distribution of rural settlements and pattern optimization means and measures of mountainous environment factors affecting rural settlements spatial layout and carries on the judgment of quantitative data. To study and put forward the natural evolution follows the development of rural settlements, in line with the principle of local conditions, the rural settlement case area is divided into 3 types, with the village merged with the relocation of poverty poverty alleviation work easily, do aggregation, migration, retention and combination of shrinkage into account, based on residents and production needs to complete the adjustment and optimization of rural settlements spatial pattern.
