摘要
针对同一种净化流程,设计出符合净化单元尺寸的净化装置,并依次通过增加导流板,改变出风口形式,改变电机机腔尺寸,改变电机出风口腔尺寸来进行新风净化装置的运行性能实验研究。测试并分析了其噪音、能耗、风速、风量、PM2.5净化效果,计算出除尘能力和除尘效率。结果表明相比于球形喷嘴出风口,可调双层百叶风口风量较大,除尘能力和除尘效率较高。减小风机两侧风道尺寸,使净化装置的噪音增加而对功率和除尘能力影响较小。
A purification device was designed to meet the requirements of the purification process, and the performance of the fresh air purification device was tested by increasing the baffle, changing the outlet form, changing the size of the motor cavity and changing the size of the air outlet of the motor. The noise, energy consumption, wind speed, air volume, PM2.5 purification effect were tested and analyzed in this study. The dust removal ability and dust removal efficiency were calculated. The results show that compared with the spherical nozzle outlet, the air volume of the adjustable double-layer louvres is larger, the dust removal capacity and dust removal efficiency are higher. The noise of the purifying device has been decreased after reducing the air duct size on both sides of the fan, but the power and dust of the purifying device removal capacity shows little difference.
