摘要
针对华能运河电厂原汽车煤采样机出现的问题,对采样机改造前的运行情况及问题进行分析,通过采样机控制系统硬件改造、燃料自动监管系统软件改造及定位系统安装,利用激光测距仪实现坐标定位,成功地将原半自动采样机改造成效率高、煤样代表性强、劳动强度低的全自动汽车煤采样机。
Regarding to the problems existing in the original sampling machine for automobile coal in Huaneng Yunhe power plant, the operation circumstances and problems before sampling machine transformation were analysed, through hardware modification of sampling machine control system, software modification of fuel automatic monitoring system and the positioning system installation, the coordinate positioning was realized utilizing the laser rangefinder, the primary semi-automatic sampling machine was transformed successfully to the automatic sampling machine for automobile coal which had high efficiency, good coal sample representatives and low labor strength.
