采用全自动密度仪法测定煤的视相对密度可行性探讨

A feasibility study on determination of apparent relative density of coal with automatic density meter

结合煤的视相对密度的测试原理及试验操作步骤,采用全自动密度仪法和MT/T 1027-2006《煤芯煤样视相对密度测定》方法对不同煤样的视相对密度进行对比测试试验,以期对采用全自动密度仪法测定煤的视相对密度的可行性进行探讨。对比测试试验的精密度及准确度分析结果表明,采用全自动密度仪法可代替MT/T 1027-2006行标法对煤的视相对密度进行测试。

Combining with the testing principles and experimental operation procedures of determination of apparent relative density of coal, the automatic density meter method and the method mentioned in MT/T 1027-2006 ＂Apparent relative density determination of coal core coal sample＂ were used to do the comparison tests for different coal samples, in order to discuss the feasibility of using automatic density meter to determine the apparent relative density of coal. The precision and accuracy of comparison tests showed that, the automatic density meter method could replace the method in MT/T 1027-2006 to do the determination of apparent relative density of coal.
