湖北省高职院校创新模式服务地方经济发展研究

Research on the Innovation Mode of Higher Vocational Colleges Serving Local Economic Development in Hubei Province

高职院校在推动地方经济发展中具有特殊的地位和作用,但湖北省部分院校仍局限在传统的办学思路之中,在专业设置、人才培养模式、教学科研、社会服务等方面并未体现出高职教育的特色和优势。高职院校只有立足地方产业发展需求,不断创新服务模式,提升社会服务能力,为地方经济发展提供坚强有力的人才和智力支撑,才能形成高职院校与地方经济之间的协同互动发展格局。

Vocational colleges have the special status and role in the promotion of local economic development. But some of vocational colleges in Hubei Province are still confined to the traditional thinking of education, which does not reflect the characteristics and advantages of vocational colleges in the major setting, personnel training mode, teaching and research and social services. Vocational colleges can form an interactive development pattern between them and local governments only if they are based on the development needs of local industries, innovate service modes, enhance social service ability and provide talent and intellectual support firmly for local economic development.
