论我国高职院校职业道德教育的生态化建构

Discussion on the Ecological Construction of Vocational Morality Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

要立德树人、加强高职学生职业道德教育,应以生态学的合理内核为价值指引,深入解析当下高职教育中职业道德教育低效之根源,厘清高职教育中职业道德教育的生态化内涵,在此基础上,探讨职业道德教育生态系统组成及运行机理,进而提出职业道德教育生态化实现的策略:树立职业道德生态理念、突显职业道德生态主体、重构职业道德生态介体、重塑职业道德生态环境。

To cultivate people and strengthen vocational morality education of higher vocational students, with the reasonable core of ecology as value guidance, the paper analyzes the origin of the inefficiency of vocational morality education in higher vocational school and clarifies its ecological meaning. On this basis, this paper probes into the constitution and operational mechanism of the vocational morality education ecosystem, and proposes several strategies to realize the ecologicalization of vocational morality education. Firstly, we should set up the ecological idea of vocational morality; secondly, we should highlight the ecological subject;thirdly, we should reconstruct the ecological mediator of vocational morality; fourthly, we should reconstruct the ecological environment of vocational morality.
