摘要 针对微波电路CAD的要求 ,基于对微带线色散特性解析模型的研究 ,实现了一种适用范围广、精度高的微带线色散模块LDM。用此模块计算的微带线的相关数据 ,在 0 .5 - 30GHz很宽的频率范围内与实际相符 ,将本模块结合到微波电路CAD软件HFM -CAD中 ,优化设计了一个 2 -8GHz宽带分布式放大器 ,结果性能优良。 A program for analysis the dispersion of Microstrip in microwave circuits CAD circuits has been developed. We have compared the calculated data in 0.5-30GHz frequency range with other data, and the agreement of results is good. A 2-8GHz good performance broadband distributed amplifier is designed by using this program.
