摘要
随着高校毕业生人数的不断扩大,就业形势日益严峻,迫使各大高校举办校园招聘会以便给毕业生和用人单位搭建一个双向选择平台,进一步提高大学生就业率。本文基于校园招聘会,自行设计"用人单位对我校毕业生满意度调查问卷",在校园招聘会现场对用人单位进行问卷调查,通过调研,了解用人单位对我校毕业生的综合评价、各项实际工作能力的满意度以及需要培养和提高哪方面的能力。调查结果表明用人单位对我校往届毕业生综合评价比价高,对我校培养的人才质量表示肯定,但有些用人单位认为我校部分学生在分析与解决问题能力、语言表达能力、抗挫折能力和科研水平上存在不足,需要进一步加强提升。
With the growing number of college graduates,the employment situation is increasingly serious,in order to graduate and build a two-way platform of choice for employers,to further improve the employment rate of university students,forcing universities for campus recruitment.This paper is based on the campus recruitment,designed by employers to the graduates of our school satisfaction questionnaire.The campus recruitment site conducted a questionnaire survey of employers through research,understanding and comprehensive evaluation of employers to the graduates of our school's actual ability to work satisfaction and need to cultivate and improve the ability of which aspect.The survey results showed that employers of university graduates in the past evaluation price high,cultivation of our school talent quality affirmed,but some employers thought that some students in our university in analysis and problem solving ability,language ability,anti frustration ability and the level of scientific research is inadequate.Further improvement is needed.
