摘要
橘皮竹茹汤作为经方治疗胃轻瘫的疗效显著,本文对其中机理进行探讨,并对胃轻瘫的现代发病机制和中医学对本病的认识系统论述。中医认为本病的病位在脾胃,病机以脾虚,脾胃气机升降失常为主。气机升降理论是其本,调畅脾胃气机是其治疗总则。橘皮竹茹汤可以治疗脾胃虚弱,气机升降失常,寒热不著者,恰恰契合胃轻瘫的病机。并附笔者亲验病例1则,以佐证之。
The effect of Jupi Zhuru decoction as the prescription in the treatment of gastroparesis is significant.The mechanism was discussed.The modern and traditional Chinese medicine and the pathogenesis of gastroparesis of understanding the disease system were discussed.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that this disease lies in the pathogenesis of spleen and stomach,spleen defi-ciency,spleen and stomach qi disorder.The main gas this is the theory of lift,regulating spleen and stomach qi is the general treat-ment.Jupi Zhuru decoction can treat the spleen and stomach,qi disorders,whose pathogenesis precisely fit gastroparesis.There is one case for evidence.
