摘要
目的探究消栓肠溶胶囊对急性脑梗死(气虚血瘀型)患者炎症因子及神经功能的临床疗效。方法选取2014年2月—2015年2月经中医辨证为气虚血瘀型的急性脑梗死患者96例,按随机数表字法将其分为观察组52例和对照组44例。2组均予常规标准化治疗,观察组在此基础上加用消栓肠溶胶囊治疗。治疗前后分别检测血清一氧化氮(NO)、血小板活化因子(PAF)水平,并采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(N IHSS)评估神经功能状况,比较2组临床疗效。结果 2组治疗后NO、ET水平均较治疗前改善,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗后N IHSS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率90.3%,明显高于对照组65.9%(P<0.05)。结论消栓肠溶胶囊可有效调节PAT、NO等有关因子的生成,改善患者神经功能,是治疗气虚血瘀型急性脑梗死的理想药物。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiaoshuan enteric-coated capsule on the inflammatory factors and neurological function on patients with acute cerebral infarction(blood stasis due to qi deficiency type).Methods 96 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into observation group(52 cases) and control group(44 cases) according to the random number table method.The two groups were given routine treatment,and the observation group was also given Xiaoshuan enteric-coated capsule.Serum NO and PAF levels were measured before and after treatment.The neurological status was evaluated with the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS).The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of NO and ET were improved,and the observation group was better than the control group(P〈0.05).The NIHSS scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment(P〈0.05),and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P〈0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 90.3% which was significantly higher than 65.9% of the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Xiaoshuan enteric-coated capsules can effectively regulate the production of PAT,NO and other related factors,and improve the neurological function of patients.It is an ideal drug for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction of blood stasis due to qi deficiency.
