利用品管圈提高急性脑卒中患者良肢位摆放合格率的观察

Observation on Improving the Qualified Rate of Normal Limb Position for Acute Stroke Patients by Using QCC

目的利用品管圈提高急性脑卒中患者良肢位摆放合格率。方法通过品管手法,分别在干预前后选取急性脑卒中患者43名,在不同时间根据患者的不同体位通过数据收集,问题分析,查找造成良肢位摆放不合格问题存在的真正原因,拟定对策并进行措施改进,对改进前后数据进行比较。结果科室住院患者良肢位摆放的合格率由干预前的43.91%提高至75.65%,干预前后比较,P<0.05。结论通过品管圈各种工具的运用规范了良肢位摆放标准,统一了摆放流程,提高了急性脑卒中患者早期良肢位摆放合格率,有利于患者的后期康复功能锻炼,提高其生活质量。

Objective To use the quality control circle to improve the qualified rate of normal limb position for acute stroke patients.Methods With the help of the quality control techniques,43 acute stroke patients were selected before and after the intervention respectively.According to the different posture of the patients,data were collected at different times.The problem analysis was carried out to find the real reasons for the existence of unqualified normal limb position.It tends to make establishment and improvement of preventive solution and make a comparison of the data before and after the improvement.Results The qualified rate of normal limb position in hospitalized patients after the intervention was increased from 43.91 % to 75.65%（P〈0.05）.Conclusion By using of various tools of the quality control circle,the standard of normal limb position is specified,and the process is unified which can improve the qualified rate of normal limb position for acute stroke patients.It is conducive to the post-rehabilitation functional exercise for patients in order to improve the quality of life.
