中医护理联合健康教育对颈椎病患者护理效果的影响分析

Analysis on the Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Combined with Health Education for Patients with Cervical Spondylosis

目的分析中医护理联合健康教育对颈椎病患者护理效果的影响。方法选择2015年10—2016年12月收治的颈椎病患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机信封法将其平均分为试验组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。对照组给予常规护理措施,试验组采用中医护理联合健康教育,分析对比2组患者健康知识认知水平、护理满意度、并发症发生率。结果试验组健康知识认知水平、护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)且并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在颈椎病患者的护理过程中,应用中医护理联合健康教育,既可提高患者健康知识认知水平及护理满意度,又可降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with health education for patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods 80 cases of cervical spondylosis patients from October 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research objects.Using the average random envelope method,they were divided into experimental group（n=40）and the control group（n=40）.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group used traditional Chinese medicine nursing and health education.The cognition level of healthy knowledge,nursing satisfaction and incidence of complications were analyzed and compared.Results The cognition level of healthy knowledge and the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the complication rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group P〈0.05.Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with health education can improve cognition level of healthy knowledge and nursing satisfaction,and can decrease the incidence of complications.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
