摘要
化疗所致血小板减少症是指在肿瘤患者化学药物治疗过程中出现骨髓造血功能异常,尤其是巨核细胞增殖和分化成熟受阻,导致外周血血小板计数降低,严重影响肿瘤治疗效果和进程。西医临床常采用输注血小板和促血小板生成的细胞因子来治疗,而多种中药在防治化疗骨髓抑制,提升血小板方面也有一定的临床疗效和优势,本文从西药、中药两方面,对近年来治疗化疗所致血小板减少的临床研究概况进行综述。
Thrombocytopenia induced by chemotherapy is caused by the abnormal hematopo ietic function of bone marrowin the treatment of tumor patients with chemotherapy,especially the proliferation and differentiation of megakaryocyte and the decrease of platelet count in peripheral blood.It seriously affects the effect and process of tumor treatment.In Western medicine,platelet transfusion and cytokine therapy are often used.There are a variety of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of bone marrowinhibition of chemotherapy,enhance the platelet has a certain clinical efficacy and advantages.In this paper,we reviewed the recent clinical research on the treatment of thrombocytopenia caused by chemotherapy.
