多囊卵巢综合征的中西医病因研究概况

Research Review on Pathogeny of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是育龄期妇女最常见的一种生殖内分泌疾病,中医学中虽无PCOS病名,但根据症状可归结为"月经后期""闭经""不孕"等范畴,认为其病因在于脏腑功能失调,气血运行失序,痰瘀阻滞经络,并为情志因素诱发。古今医家都对其病因病机进行了有益探索。现代医学认为PCOS具有多因性,其发病机制及临床表现高度异质,涉及遗传、神经内分泌、代谢、环境、精神心理等诸多因素,具体病因尚未明确。为审病求因,预防发病,本文试图从中西医两方面综述PCOS的病因研究概况。

Polycystic ovary syndrome is one of the most commo n endocrine disorders in women.Although there is no clear recordation of polycystic ovary syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine,but according to the symptoms,it can be attributed to the ＂late period＂,＂ amenorrhea＂ and ＂ infertility＂ category.Its etiology is dysfunctional organs,qi and blood circulation disorder,phlegm and blood stasis blocks the meridians and emotional factors.Ancient and modern physicians have made a useful exploration of its etiology and pathogenesis.Modern medicine thinks that pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of highly heterogeneous,involving genetic,neuroendocrine,metabolic,environmental and psychological factors,the specific etiology is not clear.This article attempted to summarize the survey of the etiology of PCOS from two aspects of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine for the sake of disease prevention.
