基于聚类分析的河南省普惠金融发展约束与对策建议

Cluster Analysis-based Development Constraints and Countermeasures for Inclusive Finance in Henan Province

在国内外普遍关注普惠金融发展的同时,河南省普惠金融发展也取得了一定成效,但仍存在很多约束,迫切需要全方位的普惠金融服务。利用聚类分析法把河南省18个省辖市的普惠金融发展状况分为4类,根据其展现出的规律性和总体状况,对普惠金融发展存在的约束进行分析,认为河南省普惠金融发展存在较大差异,政府应积极培育普惠金融发展增长极,金融机构应以普惠金融新理念取代传统观念,客户需要主动提升自身的金融素养,为河南省普惠金融的发展创造一个良好的信用环境。

While inclusive financial development is focused both at home and abroad, the development of inclusive finance in Henan province has achieved some success, but there are still many constraints, particularly overall inclusive financial services are urgently needed. The inclusive financial development level of 18 cities in Henan Province can be divided into four categories according to the cluster analysis method; and an analysis is made on the constraints for the development of inclusive finance in Henan province according to its regularity and the overall situation. The study shows that there is a big difference for the inclusive financial development level in Henan province. The government should actively cultivate inclusive financial development poles; financial institutions should replace the traditional concept with a new concept of inclusive finance ; customers need to take the initiative to improve their financial literacy. All these efforts may create a good credit environment for the development of inclusive finance in Henan province.
