美军电磁频谱战发展及启示

Development and Inspiration of American EMS Warfare

随着战争形态向信息化战争加速演变，陆、海、空、天和赛博等领域的作战行动都高度依赖于电磁频谱能力提供支援。进入并控制电磁频谱空间的能力直接决定着陆、海、空、天和赛博领域作战能力的有效发挥。各国针对电磁频谱领域发展，陆续提出电磁频谱作战域、电磁频谱战、电磁战斗管理等概念。文章针对“电磁频谱战”概念，分析了其提出的背景、定义内涵和美军的发展现状、趋势，提出了对电磁频谱领域作战的几点启示，对开展电磁频谱战方面的研究提供了一些指导。

With the accelerated evolution of the war form to the information war, the operations in land, sea, air, space and cyberspace are relied on electromagnetic spectrum capacity. The effective use of combat capability in land, sea, air, space and eyberspace is determined by the ability to enter and control the space of electromagnetic spectrum directly. Several countries are developing in the field of electromagnetic spectrum. The concept of electromagnetic spectrum combat domain, electromagnetic spectrum warfare and electromagnetic combat management is proposed successively. Aimed at the concept of EMS, the background, definition and the cur- rent develop situation, trend of American army are analyzed in this paper. Several revelations about the combat in electromagnetic spectrum domain have been made, there are some guide- lines for conducting the research of electromagnetic spectrum warfare.
