西藏某铜钼矿浮选分离小型试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 西藏某铜钼矿矿石性质复杂多变,常常伴生有黄铁矿、方铅矿、闪锌矿,并且矿石矿泥含量波动较大。采用黄药作为捕收剂进行混合浮选能够取得较好的铜钼混合浮选指标,但在铜钼分离工艺流程难以实现有效的铜钼分离,尤其是黄铁矿、大量矿泥的进入往往造成钼精矿不合格。在铜钼分离过程中采用多种手段抑制黄铁矿、分散矿泥无果的情况下[1-6],为解决此问题,技术组采用煤油、丁基黄药对铜钼矿进行捕收的混合浮选工艺,在混合浮选目的矿物回收率指标不受影响的同时,铜钼分离指标得以明显改善。小型试验钼精矿钼品位由41.02%提升到49.12%。 The mineral properties of the Tibet Cu-Mo mine is complex and changeable, often associated with pyrite, galena, sphalerite.And the content of mud fluctuation.Using xanthate as a collector can obtain better mixed flotation index of Cu and Mo.However, it's difficult to achieve the effective separation of Cu and Mo on Cu-Mo separation process, especially in the large number of slime pyrite, often caused unqualified concentrate. In the absence of using various means to restrain pyrite and disperse slimeE1][2][5] ,the research group use kerosene and butyl-xanthate as a collector to mixed flotation. In the case of the mixed flotation index being unaffected, the separation index of Cu and Mo was improved obviously. The molybdenum grade of molybdenum concentrates is increased from 41.02% to 49.12%.
