大方坯铸坯表面夹渣的实践原因分析

大方坯表面夹渣分为两种类型,一类是铸坯角部卷渣、二类是铸坯的大面镶嵌渣铁块。而结晶器液面波动过大和保护渣的性能不良对这两种夹渣类型都有很大的影响。根据夹渣的不同类型和造成夹渣的不同形式,主要从工艺上和保护渣性能上采取相应的措施解决大方坯表面夹渣问题,提高铸坯的收得率。

The bloom surface slag is divided into two types, one is the slab corner rolling slag and two is the large mosaic slag casting iron. However, the fluctuation of mold surface and the poor performance of the slag have great influence on the two types of slag. According to the different types of slag and the different forms of slag inclusion, the corresponding meas- ures were taken to solve the problem of slag inclusion on the surface of the billet, and the yield of the slab was improved.
