摘要
济钢炼钢厂新投产的6#板坯连铸机铸坯内部质量不稳定,中心偏析比较严重,影响轧制质量。通过扇形段开口度测量与校验技术的创新改进、轻压下模型的优化以及一系列工艺操作优化措施的实施,中厚板连铸坯内部质量得到了明显改善,成功解决了6#连铸机中心偏析严重的技术难题,为济钢生产海工、双抗、管线等高级别板材提供了优质铸坯,创造了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
The internal quality of the casting blank from the newly launched 6# slab continuous casting machine in the steel plant of Jinan Iron and Steel is unstable with serious segregation in the center, which affects the quality of rolling. The inter- nal quality of the continuous casting blank has been improved significantly by the measurement of the segment opening, the innovation and improvement of the calibration technology, and the model optimization in the process of soft reduction and the implementation of a series of process operation optimization measures. The serious technical problem of the segregation in the center of the 6 # continuous casting machine has been successfully solved, providing the premium quality casting blank for Jinan Iron and Steel to produce high-quality slabs for maritime works, with double side anti-static coating, for pipelines and others, and creating good economic and social benefits.
