酒钢碳钢薄板厂180 t铸造起重机起升机构测量调整方法

摘要 酒钢碳钢薄板厂180 t铸造起重机(14#天车)多次发生起重机主卷筒减速机与卷筒相连鼓型接手齿面磨损严重、减速机输出轴啃齿严重问题。为解决这一问题,对影响起重机异常磨损的因素进行分析。在此基础上,提出了起重机起升机构安装精度误差测量方法和调整方法。经过实践测量调整,消除了起重机起升机构因安装精度问题造成的异常磨损。 The 180 t casting crane ( 14# crane ) of JISCO steel sheet plant has many times of crane main drum reducer and drum connected with the drum tooth face wear serious, the reducer output shaft chewing tooth serious problem. In order to solve this problem, this paper analyzes the factors affecting crane abnormal wear. On this basis, the measuring method and adjustment method of installation precision error of lifting mechanism of crane are put forward. Through practical measurement and adjustment, the abnormal wear caused by the installation precision of lifting mechanism of crane hoisting mechanism is eliminated.
