摘要
针对八钢1 750 mm热连轧粗轧机工作辊发生的辊头断裂事故,通过事故调查、断口形貌分析以及取样检验和失效分析后,找出工作辊断辊失效的原因,主要是工作辊辊身芯部组织碳化物粗大且所占比例超过球墨铸铁的标准,而且可见少量牛眼状铁素体,造成该辊辊身的脆性大,韧性差,易于产生脆性断裂。同时针对所存在的问题提出了对策和改进措施。
