五角棱镜的制造和测试研究

Manufacture and Testing of the Pentagonal Prism

对五角棱镜的基本特性进行了分析 ,提出了其加工制造中应注意的几个问题 ,如加工 90°角和 45°角的精度问题、45°平面性问题和玻璃折射率的一致性要求等。最后对五角棱镜的平面性测试进行了研究探讨 ,并通过对五角棱镜产品的实际测试数据的计算和分析得出了一些结论 ,对五角棱镜的制造和测试工作有较大的意义。

In this paper ,the basic property of pentagonal prism is analysised,several processing questions which should be paid more attention are refered,such as the accuracy problem of 90 degree and 45 degree in manufacturing process,the plain-property problem of 45 degree and the index of reflecture interconsistency problem of glass used in fabrication.Finally the plain-property testing of pentagonal prism is studied and discussed,some conclusions which will do more benefit in manufacturing and testing pentagonal prism are deduced from practical test results of many pentagonal prism products.
