基于变频调速和PLC实现模拟控制系统数字化网络化

摘要 通过比较几种交流调速系统的沿革与发展,着重分析改造核心控制设备实现老旧工业装备升级换代接入当前主流控制系统的可行性。针对老式配料称滑差系统改造的实际问题提出了解决方案。改造采用变频器和PLC构成分布式控制系统,文中从系统稳定性、快速性、精确性等几个方面分析对比新旧系统性能,并对模拟调速系统数字化改造接入集散系统的一些实际问题进行了深入讨论。同时结合目前大型冶炼老企业工艺装备现状和工控技术的发展,简单介绍和展望了工业现场的柔性控制和远程管理,基于PLC系统搭建的集散控制框架,为进一步的改造前景拓宽思路。 By comparing the development of several kinds of ac speed regulation system, this paper emphatically analyzes the feasibility of upgrading the core control equipment to upgrade the old and old industrial equipment to the current mainstream control system. This paper presents a solution to the practical problems of the reconstruction of the slip system. Transformation frequency converter and PLC is adopted to form a distributed control system, this paper from the aspects of system stability, quickness and accuracy analysis comparing old and new system performance, and access for the modifica- tion of the speed regulation system of analog digital distribution sYstem of some actual the problem carried on the thorough discussion. At the same time, combining the large refining old enterprise present situation and the development of industrial control technology, process equipment introduction and looks forward to the flexible industrial field control and remote management, based on the PLC system to build distributed control framework, broaden prospect for further modification.
