甘肃省中小微企业发展现状调查与对策分析

Investigation and Countermeasure Analysis of the Development of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises in Gansu Province

通过对原材料、用工和税费等影响甘肃省中小微企业成本的主要因素调查,从政府、企业等多方面对中小微企业发展过程中存在的问题进行分析,提出了通过加强自身建设、改善发展环境、提升发展层次、缓解融资难题、健全社会化服务体系、促进县域经济发展等途径,降低中小微企业成本、提升管理水平的对策建议。

s： This paper makes a survey on the raw materials, labor and taxes and other main factors affecting the cost of small and medium-sized enterprises in Gansn Province, analyzes the existing problems in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises from the aspects of government and enterprises, put forward by strengthening self construction, im- prove the development environment, enhance the development level, to ease the financing problems, improve the social the service system, promote the development of county economy of small and micro enterprises to reduce the cost and improve the management level of countermeasures.
