摘要
甲醇制烯烃(MTO)过程中,水系统因受催化剂和蜡状物(以芳烃类为主)的影响而堵塞冷换设备和水洗塔塔盘,造成生产成本高,严重时会影响装置的长、满、优运行。本文提出应用水洗水阻垢分散剂将水系统中蜡状物与催化剂分散开,缓解水系统堵塞的处理方法,并进行了实验研究。结果表明,水洗水阻垢分散剂对水洗塔有较好疏通效果,分散剂可以将水洗塔内垢污分散,注入分散剂短期内可以防止水洗塔及换热器堵塞,提高换热效率,换热器可以长期在线使用,减小清洗频率,可有效延长装置的运行周期。
In the methanol to olefins(MTO) process,due to the influence of catalyst and wax(mainly aromatics),the cold replacement equipment and scrubbing tower tray of the water system were blocked,resulting in high production cost,reducing the operating load and stability of the MTO plant and even leading to shutting down.In this paper,the treatment method of adding dispersing agent into the scouring water to disperse the wax and catalyst in the water system was used to ease the blockage of the water system,and the experimental study was carried out.The results showed that the proposed method could prevent the scrubbing tower and the heat exchanger from being blocked and improve the heat transfer efficiency in short time,so the heaters can be used for for long periods of time,reducing the cleaning frequency and effectively extending the device running cycle.
