摘要 光对人体的非视觉成像功能有着广泛而深刻的影响。研究表明,人的警觉性、情绪、内分泌功能以及昼夜节律都会受到若干光环境因素的影响,包括光照强度、光峰值波长、人曝露在光环境中的时间点以及时间长度。不适的光环境可以扰乱人体的褪黑素分泌以及身体内在昼夜节律,进而对人体健康产生若干负面影响,诱发诸如肥胖、糖尿病、失落、情绪失调、生殖系统疾病等慢性疾病。在过去的几年中,如何量化光对人体生理节律的影响的课题吸引了广泛的研究关注。本文系统介绍了节律照明领域两种领先的量化指标及度量方法,包括视黑素等效勒克斯法(Equivalent Melanopic Lux:EML)以及昼夜节律刺激值法(Circadian Stimulus:CS),并对两种方法的生物学基础进行了深入探讨。在此基础上,本文对当前若干主流节律照明产品的光谱功率分布及其控制策略进行了比较和分析。结果表明,当前节律照明的研究成果就减弱光源对人体昼夜节律的扰乱方面提供了关键的理论基础和通用的实践性建议,但对其有效影响的尺度和范围仍有待进一步的量化研究。 Light has significant non-visual impacts on humans. It has been found that the intensity,wavelength,duration and timing of light can affect human alertness,mood,endocrine function,and circadian rhythms. Light exposure through melatonin generation and circadian disruption links to obesity,diabetes,depression,mood disorders,reproductive,and other chronic diseases. In the past few years,many studies have been conducted to quantify the impact of light on human circadian rhythm. This paper reviews the state-of-the-art approaches to quantify circadian lighting and its biological basis,including the Equivalent Melanopic Lux( EML) based and Circadian Stimulus( CS) based methods. Then a comprehensive review and comparison is conducted on the spectrum and control strategies for the dominant circadian lighting products. The paper concludes that the current circadian lighting research provides crucial fundamental information and generalized practical recommendations for mitigating human circadian disruptions,but the size and prevalence of its actual effects will need further quantified study.
