耳机最大声压级标准化综述

Overview on the Standardization of Headphones and Earphones' Maximum Sound Pressure Level

针对国内个人音频设备存在的耳机最大声压级近四成不达标的情况,通过IEC、EN相关标准的制修订历史的回顾、相应标准与听力健康相关的标准内容介绍,系统地阐述了国外耳机最大声压级相关的标准化工作的历史与现状。结合国内标准化工作,列举了国内主要相关标准的情况,并重点介绍了在研的《声系统设备耳机及个人音乐播放器最大声压级测量方法》和《音频、视频、信息技术和通信技术设备第1部分:安全要求》两项国家标准。国内该领域的标准化工作将有助于改善行业目前存在的耳机最大声压级超标的现状。

Based on the current situation that about 40% of the portable audio equipment＇ maximum sound pressure level are substandardized, this paper introduced the IEC and EN international standardization work situation of headphones and earphones＇ maximum sound pressure level, including the standard revision history and the content about hearing health of all these standards. For national standards, it listed the related standards and focused on the two standards under development ＂Sound system equipment： Headphones and earphones associated with personal music players-Maximum sound pressure level measurement methodology＂ and ＂Audio/video, information and communication technology equipment - Part 1： Safety requirements＂. The international standardization work will help to solve the current existing problem of headphones and earphone＇s non-compliance with standard.
