摘要
为提高研究所的核心竞争力,打造信息化环境下新型能力,提出将两化融合管理体系与IBSC系统结合的方法论,以促进企业在信息时代的管理变革。通过运用综合平衡计分卡将两化融合相关的指标导入IBSC系统,依托一套连贯的战略、指标和行动方案体系来实现两化融合管理体系的真正落地。该方案在两化融合管理体系评定过程中已得到应用,并获得评审组的高度认可。
To achieve the target of improving the core competitiveness and building the new ability of the institute surrounded by the environment of information. A methodology for combining integration of industrialization and nformation management system with IBSC（Information Balanced Scorecard） system is proposed along tile main path leading to the establishment of enhanced capability in the context of informatization. Using the balanced scorecard, import target of industrialization and information into the system, through a coherent system of strategy, targets and action plans to realize the integration of industrialization and information real. The scheme has been applied in the evaluation process, and is highly approved by the review group
