延安市森林生态旅游发展浅析

Eco-tourism Development Based on Forest in Yan'an

延安市现有国家级森林公园5个、省级森林公园2个、在建和申报的森林公园3个,国家级自然保护区2个、省级自然保护区4个,开设了森林养生、森林体验和森林探险等旅游新项目,森林生态旅游具有资源丰富,自然风光优美,人文特色景观众多,红色旅游及黄土旅游资源独特,区位优势明显,交通网络发达等优势,存在管理保护难度增大,旅游服务质量不高,旅游产品和组织形式简单,招商引资及社会融资困难等问题,应以"绿色、休闲、参与、体验"为主题,以功能多样化、投资多元化、发展产业化为总体思路,从科学编制旅游规划,强化景区管理、提升景区吸引力和生存力,加强部门协作、搭建生态旅游平台,强化旅游文化建设和旅游产品开发等方面提升延安市森林旅游质量和发展能力。

In Yan＇an,there are so far five national forest parks and two provincial forest parks.There are three forest parks,two national nature reserves and four provincial nature reserves in application process.Tourism programs like forest experience,health preservation in forest and forest adventure combining natural view,culture,loess plateau features and revolutionary heritage.The eco-tourism has unique location advantages but also is confronted with problems like inadequate management,poor quality of service,monopoly of tourism products,inadequate investment.The improvement measures tailored to the problems are developed with the theme of green,recreation,participation and experience and guidelines of multi-functional development,diversified investment and industrialization.The scenic area should strengthen planning and management to upgrade the attractiveness of the area through multi-sector cooperation,culture development and products development.
