摘要
教学理应成为一种道德事业。教师需要努力成为自觉的教育者。教师自身的师德作为自觉教育者的组成部分,不仅是教学工作的前提,而且也是一种教育资源。提高教师师德水平,除了需要改善整个教育生态以外,还主要依赖于教师的理性自觉。教师个人需要不断提升理论素养,加强实践练习,树立正确教育信念。
Teaching should become a moral cause. Teachers ought to strive to become conscious educators. As a component of conscious educators,teachers' morality is not only the premise of teaching work,but also a kind of educational resources. In addition to improving the whole educational ecology,teachers' morality depends mainly on the rational consciousness of teachers themselves. Therefore teachers need to constantly improve their theoretical competence,to strengthen practical training and to set up a correct belief in education.
