摘要
教师是学生价值观形成过程中的重要他人,其价值品质将会形塑学生的价值品质。当前,以教师职业道德规范来撑起当代师德建设的大旗,其中规范的客观性会遮蔽教师的主体性、规范的外在性会影响教育的实效性、评价标准聚焦于行为也会使师生交往僵化。鉴于规范与价值之间的辩证关系,应超越角色规定,向教师的人性致敬,凸显教师的自我意识,破除技术路线回归教师价值素养正道。而形成教师核心的价值素养,须在知与行的交融中坚持不懈地砥砺心性方才可能。
Teachers' values and qualities will shape those of the students '. At present,the construction of professional ethics of teachers is on the basis of the teachers' morality. The objectivity of norms can obscure teachers' subjectivity. and the externality of norms can affect the effectiveness of education,and the behavior evaluation can petrify the communication between teachers and students. In view of the dialectical relationship between norm and value,we should go beyond the provisions of the role and pay tribute to the humanity of teachers by highlighting the self-consciousness of teachers. We ought to break the technical line and f return to teachers' value accomplishment. The values and competence which formed the core attainment of teachers will not be forged unless we combine knowledge and practice and keep unremittingly tempering.
