Intervention on Teachers' Empathy: Status and Prospect

摘要 本研究回顾了教师共情的概念和测量方法,梳理了目前国内外教师共情干预的主流方法,包括体验式训练、技能训练、精微技能训练、视频训练等,并从干预过程、变量控制、生态效度等方面分析了现有干预方法的特点,指出未来研究应着重考察教师共情干预的作用机制,建立教师共情的测量指标体系,提升共情训练方法的本土契合性以及设置共情训练的教师教育课程。 This research has reviewed the concept of teacher's empathy and the way of measuring it,and has combed the current mainstream methods on teacher's empathy intervention both at home and abroad,including experiential training,skill training,exquisite skill training,and video stimulus training,etc.. Meanwhile the research has analyzed the features of the existing methods of intervening teacher 's empathy in terms of the intervention process,variable control and ecological validity. The research argues that the future studies of teachers' empathy intervention should focus on its mechanism of action,the construction of the measurement index system,enhancement of the combination of corresponding elements of training methods with local realities,and inclusion of the empathy training into curriculum for teachers' education.
