天然砂石料碾压混凝土配合比设计关键技术——以奋斗水库为例

摘要 黑龙江省穆棱市奋斗水库工程所在地为北方严寒地区,混凝土抗冻等耐久性能求高,碾压混凝土配合比抗冻等级跨度大,从F50、F100至F300,混凝土设计要求也就更高,骨料采用天然砂石料,石粉含量极少且含泥量高,配合比设计带来一定的难度。文章主要介绍大坝碾压混凝土原材料检测及配合比设计过程及混凝土性能结果。 The Fendou reservoir project of Muling City is located in northern cold area in Heilongjiang Province,the concrete durability against frost is high,the large scale of roller compacted mixture ratio against frost is from F50,F100 to F300,requesting more high design demand on concrete,natural sandy material used for aggregate with less contents of limestone and high contents of silt,bring a certain of difficulty to the design of mixture ratio. This paper introduced mainly the inspection on roller compacted concrete raw material of the dam,procedure of mixture ratio design and the results of concrete properties.
