摘要
为了适应哈尔滨市城市总体布局调整以后的新形势、新情况、新要求,特提出了在现有水源工程的基础上,逐步实现哈尔滨市现有的水源工程(磨盘山水库等)与西泉眼水库、二龙山水库、三道岗水库、泥河水库、引牤济西、引松补阿、引松入宾等拟建的供水工程联网后,将建立多水源联合调度运用的城市供水体系。
In order to adapt to the new situation and new requirements for Harbin municipal general layout after regulation,based on existing water source project,it is proposed specially that a municipal water supply system with various water sources will be constructed for connected use gradually after existing water source project（ Mopanshan reservoir） is connected with the Xiquanyan reservoir,Erlongshan reservoir, Sandaogang reservoir, Nihe reservoir, Mouniu river diversion to Xiquanyan reservoir,Songhua river diversion to Ashen river and Songhua river diversion to Bin river.
