320排CT靶扫描与容积扫描在婴幼儿胸部CT应用中的对比研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨应用靶扫描模式行婴幼儿胸部成像的临床应用价值。方法 80例婴幼儿患者使用东芝Aquilion ONE 320排计算机断层扫描(computed tomography,CT)行胸部平扫,按就诊次序随机分为两组,分别应用容积扫描和靶扫描。记录每次CT剂量容积指数(computed tomography dose index-volume,CTDIvol)、剂量长度乘积(dose length product,DLP),评价图像质量并测量图像噪声。结果 CTDIvol、DLP、有效辐射剂量(effective dose,ED)和图像噪声在靶扫描模式和容积扫描模式间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。两种扫描模式图像质量主观评价在肺尖部无统计学差异(P>0.05),在主动脉弓部、左房中部和肺底部比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论在婴幼儿胸部平扫中,靶扫描模式较普通容积扫描模式具有明显优势,在提供更优质图像的同时不带来额外的辐射剂量。 Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of 320-row computed tomography (CT) on target scanning mode for infants" chest. Methods Eighty infants were taken chest scan with 320-row CT Toshiba Aquilion ONE, divided into two groups based on the visiting sequence, and used volume scanning and target scanning, respective- ly. The computed tomography dose index-volume (CTDIvol) and dose length product (DLP) were recorded every time, meanwhile, image quality was evaluated and image noise was measured. Results No differences were found in CTDIvol, DLP and effective dose (ED) between target and volume scanning mode (P〉0. 05), or in the subjective evaluation of im- age qualities in the apex of lung (P〉0. 05). There were significantly different in aortic arch, middle of left atrium and the bottom of lung between target and volume scanning mode(P〈0. 001). Conclasion Target scanning mode in the infants' chest scan has greater advantages in providing high quality images without additional radiation dose than normal volume scanning mode.
