摘要 高铁餐饮市场增长迅速,受到社会广泛关注。从供给侧和需求侧分析了高铁餐饮市场现状和制约高铁餐饮市场发展的问题,阐述了实施高铁餐饮自主品牌策略的必要性和可行性,围绕打造商标化、商业化的高铁餐饮自主品牌,提出了构建标准化体系、开展平台化运营、实施连锁化经营、探索资本化运作、形成专业化组织的思路和建议。 The rapid growth of the high-speed railway catering market has aroused widespread concern in the society. From the supply side and demand side, the status and the problems of high-speed railway catering market are analyzed, the necessity and feasibility of carrying out the independent brand strategy of high-speed railway catering are proposed too. In order to build a commercial and independent brand, this article puts forward the construction of standardization system, platform operation, chain operation, capital operation and other ideas.
