摘要
采用耦合线设计了一种中心频率和负群时延NGD可调的带阻滤波器,可调的中心频率和负群时延分别由变容二极管和PIN二极管来实现.为了改善回波损耗,设计了具有输入/输出阻抗匹配的可调带阻滤波器.仿真和测试结果表明,单独调节时,中心频率和负群时延的调节范围分别为1.450GHz^1.870GHz和-2ns^-30ns;同时调节时,可调范围分别为1.680GHz^1.860GHz和-4ns^-14ns.
A bandstop filter(BSF) with tunable center frequency and negative group delay(NGD) using coupled line is designed. The tunable center frequency and NGD can be achieved by varactors and PIN diodes. In order to improve the return characteristic, a tunable filter with input/output impedance matching is designed. The simulated and measured results show that the independently tunable ranges of center frequency and NGD are 1. 450 GHz-1. 870 GHz and -2 ns--30 ns, respectively. The center frequency and NGD can be adjusted within 1. 680 GHz-1. 860 GHz and -4 ns--14 ns when they are adjusted at the same time.
