摘要
在27层的伸顶通气排水系统中,采用定流量排水方式,分别测试4种不同管材(螺旋消音管、普通PVC-U管、超静音管、铸铁管)的排水系统在不同高度排水时的噪声情况。结果表明,无论排水楼层与测试楼层间距1层还是10层,定常流排水时均为铸铁管的噪声值最小。不同类型的管道在瞬时排水时产生的噪声声压级有所不同,可能是因为内壁结构及管道组成材料不同。如需有效降低排水管道发出的噪声,可通过改变管道组成的材料或调整内壁结构等方式实现。
In a stack vent drainage system with 27 floors, a constant flow drainage method was used to test the drainage system pipes pipes and heights. The results showed to the number of floors between the of four different materials, and to compare the noise in different that the noise level of the cast iron pipe was the lowest drainage regardless floor and the test floor. Different types of pipes would generate different sound pressure level which may be related to the wall structure and pipe materials. It was an effective way to reduce the noise by changing the composition of the pipeline material or adjust the structure of the wall.
