展青霉素的检测方法研究进展

展青霉素是一种有毒的真菌代谢产物,广泛存在于水果及其制品中。目前关于展青霉素的检测方法主要包括薄层色谱法及色谱技术,文章对近年来的检测方法进行了综述,分析了各种方法的优缺点。特异性高,简便、灵敏、快速的检测方法是今后侧重的方向。

Patulin is a kind of tocix fungal metabolite,it widely exists in fruits and its products.The most commonly used determination method is thin-layer chromatography and chormatography technique.This paper reviews the determination of patulin in recent years,their advantage and disadvantage of various determination method.High specificity,simple and sensitive,rapid detection method is the direction we focus on in the future.
