辛夷鼻炎丸中毒性成分的研究

摘要 目的:建立HPLC测定辛夷鼻炎丸中苍术苷及羧基苍术含量的方法,以分析评价安全性。方法:色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX SB-phenyl(250mm×4.6 mm×5μm),以乙腈为流动相A,以0.01mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液(pH=5.4)为流动相B,梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长203nm,柱温35℃。结果:羧基苍术苷的进样量在0.05025~1.005μg线性关系良好,平均回收率为100.8%,RSD 0.99%(n=6);苍术苷的进样量在0.05115~1.023μg线性关系良好,平均回收率为101.2%,RSD 1.01%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便,重现性好,可用于测定辛夷鼻炎丸中苍术苷及羧基苍术苷的含量。 Objective:To established a method to detect carboxyatractyloside and atractyloside in xinyibiyan pill.Method:By HPLC, Agilent ZORBAX SB-phenyl(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm) column was adopted,with acetonitrile 0.01 mol·L-1 NaH2PO4( pH 5.4) as the mobile phase for gradient elution at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 203 nm,and the temperature was set at 35℃.Result:Carboxyatractyloside showed a good linearity within the range of 0.05025~1.005μg and atractyloside showed a good linearity within the range of 0.05115~1.023μg.The recovery rate of carboxyatractyloside was 100.8% and that of atractyloside was 101.2%.The RSD were 0.99% and 1.01%(n=6).Conclusion:This method is so simple,practical and highly repeatable thatis can be used to detect carboxyatractyloside and atractyloside in xinyibiyan pill.
