Challenges and countermeasures for informationalized management of back issues in college libraries

文章针对高校图书馆过刊管理面临的方法落后、任务繁重和难度大等挑战,利用现代信息科技,开发创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的过刊信息化管理方法,提高过刊管理科学化水平和过刊利用价值,降低过刊管理成本。

With respect to challenges of outdated methods,heavy burdens,and big difficulties in the back issue management in college libraries,modern information technologies are adopted to develop innovative,coordinated,green,open,and shared informationalized management methods of back issues,in order to improve the scientific level of back issue management and the utilization value of back issues,as well as to decrease the cost of back issue management.
