为了更好的加快福建省建设海峡西岸经济特区,文章通过相关数据和表格来对比了近些年来福建省经济发展与金融结构变化以及福建省与江苏、浙江省的融资情况做比较时发现福建省的问题与不足以及改进的方向:针对福建省"十三五"金融业发展总体战略与核心在于重构福建省金融体系提出了更为具体,更具实践性与操作性的意见。

To better to speed up Fujian province construct Strait West Bank special economic zone,through related data and form to compared Fujian province economic development and financial structure changes and Fujian province and Jiangsu,and Zhejiang Province of financing situation do compared found Fujian province of problem and insufficient and improved of direction in recent years： in the light of Fujian Province ＂Thirteen-Five＂ plan overall financial development strategy and core in focusing on reconstructing Fujian financial system put forward more specific,more practical and action-oriented advices.
