摘要
本文研究了顺酐废渣制备天冬氨酸的工艺。讨论了催化剂用量、反应体系pH值、反应时间对马来酸异构化反应的影响,以及反应温度、底物浓度对酶反应的影响。天冬氨酸回收率达62.7%,产品纯度97.4%。
This paper sdudied the process for preparing aspartic acid from maleie anhydride residues. Effects of amount of catalyst, pH, reaction time on isomerization were investigated. And effects of reaction temperature, substrate concentration on enzyme reaction were aslo sdudied. The recovery of aspartic acid was 62.7% ,and purity of product was 97.4%
