摘要
在微波条件下采用模板法成功制备具有多级孔的ZIF-67,通过XRD、SEM、TEM以及氮气吸附曲线等手段表征ZIF-67具有多级孔结构特性。将其应用到染料吸附中表现出优异的吸附性能,并研究讨论在不同TMB/P123摩尔比时合成的ZIF-67对染料分子甲基橙(MO)的吸附性能,特别的,当TMB/P123物质的量比为10时,对甲基橙的吸附量可达14.3 mg·g^(-1)。
Hierarchical ZIF -67 was successfully prepared by template method under the microwave condition. The microstructure and features of ZIF - 67 were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, and N2 - adsorption respective- ly. ZIF -67 shows excellently adsorption performence when is applied in the adsorption experiment of methyl orange (MO). Moreover, this article also discusses the adsorption performence of ZIF -67 with different mole ratio of TMB/ P123. Particularly, the adsorption of methyl orange is 14.3 mg · g^-1at the 10 mole ratio.
