新辅助内分泌治疗在老年乳腺癌患者中的近期疗效观察被引量：1

摘要随着人口的老龄化,65岁以上的乳腺癌患者在发病人群中所占的比例逐渐增加. 由于老年患者乳腺健康体检意识差,发现时往往肿块较大,失去了手术机会,或者由于并发症而不能耐受手术或化疗. 乳腺癌新辅助内分泌治疗（NET）有助于肿块的降低分期调高局部控制率,且不良反应轻,患者耐受性好,在老年乳腺癌的治疗中发挥着重要作用. 本文主要探讨新辅助内分泌治疗在老年乳腺癌患者的近期疗效与安全性以及临床病理因素的相关性.
