经皮椎间孔镜技术对腰椎间盘突出症患者视觉模拟评分Lehmann腰椎功能评分及生活质量评分的影响 被引量：28

摘要 腰椎间盘突出症是临床诊疗中比较常见的疾病类型,发生机制为椎间盘变性、髓核连同残存的纤维环突出椎管内或椎间盘后外侧,对神经根、马尾神经造成刺激压迫,极易引发腰腿痛,大部分患者的发病原因为负重、受凉等,腰部僵硬疼痛是其主要临床表现,在一定程度上限制了活动,青壮年是高发人群[1,2].传统后路椎板间开窗髓核摘除术具有一定的治疗效果,但是远期疗效改善效果不佳. 随着医疗技术的不断更新与发展,经皮椎间孔镜技术在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的应用逐渐受到了越来越多人的关注,但是临床上对其治疗效果尚未统一意见[3].本文选取我院收治的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,进一步探讨了其最佳治疗方案. 现报告如下.
